This great! Very much looking forward to the rest of the articles. You and I have had a few Q&A sessions in comments on other substacks regarding home generators, and this looks like it's going to cover all those generator topics plus more.
Point of use power generation is the way to go. I am not hopeful for it, but R & D should be put into that solution. Currently, as far as I can tell, all of the R & D goes into centralized production. Customer service is now dead in every economy. No one who is or is trying to become rich has any interest in empowering anyone but themselves, even at the cost of maximum profit. Power is king.
Jesse, sounds like you want to go off grid. There is a whole bunch of information on the internet about off grid living, I think they may even have their own magazine. You have to have some land to do it, and it is definitely life style. But it's possible and not terribly uncommon

This article rocks! Thank you.
Great article, the industry needs this because too many articles are not accurate.
Glad that you’re publishing on Substack!
Thank you sir! I had to talk myself into it.

That would be my preference, but I like solitude. Many won't abide it, mainly because it requires self-reliance and effort. No one to sponge off of.
